Delivery Service

Here at Chestnut we pride ourselves on our first class delivery service

 

We aim to deliver stock orders the following day, however on some occasions where items are not stocked we may require an extended delivery period.

All deliveries will be subject to a £20.00+vat delivery charge.

Returns/Refunds collected by our vehicle will have a 25% restocking charge applied or you can return goods yourself at your own cost, a 15% restocking charge will be applied. Perishable goods cannot be refunded.

Please note, a Runcorn bridge delivery surcharge of £10.80 may be applicable.

We offer a crane offload facility at no extra cost if we consider the goods too bulky to unload by hand. Vehicular access to your premises must allow for a heavy goods vehicle and the responsibility for obtaining permits (if required) is with the customer.

Due to insurance conditions we are unable to enter private residences therefore all deliveries will be made to the kerbside. Chestnut Direct is only able to offer delivery within a designated radius. We do however cover a large area of the North West of England. You can view a list of the local area postcodes we cover below.
